Misophonia

I guess this isn't technically a phobia, but I figured this would be a good place. Misophonia is when sounds like chewing, sluppping, and sounds when someone is eating. Even my dog drives me insane when she licks and swallows. I wish there was a way to overcome this feeling I get around these situations. Does anyone else deal with this? What do you do to cope and get through it?
