Therapy
I used to get therapy (counselling) then turned 18 and no longer was able to see the same councillor. Since then i’ve looked at a few places but they are all over the map with prices and some I was unclear about. Does anyone have some good suggestions for cheap to no cost to get counselling or something similar so i can talk to someone about everything going on and hopefully gain coping skills?

It is a bit difficult to help you find someone as we dont know where you are from but have you looked at the therapy offered by 7cups? it is text based, and 150 per month. But they have a feature also for you to search for therapists. Sorry I couldnt be more help.
Yes i do understand it’s not the easiest because you don’t know the exact location. I am around Kitchener-waterloo area. I would prefer something face to face.
