Dear ______ _______,
I thought today was going to be a good day, but I was wrong. I was with my mom and my sister when we went to see Dear Evan Hansen, and I felt alone. I still feel anxious and scared. I feel like I can’t turn to anyone. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone yet about anything. It just feels like an empty promise that they make.
And when Dad gets back tomorrow, he is going to ask me how the movie was, and I won’t know what to say. It’s like I have to say something, but I get punished for what I say, yet they ask for my answer and it just feels like I can’t win in any situation. I feel like a mess that anyone would not want to be around yet my friends, or what few friends I have, don't know the full extent of what is happening.
Please, I hope things get better soon,
Sincerely,
Me
Sometimes, life feels lonely. Sometimes, life feels scary. Big hugs for you there who feels small with what you are against. Do you trust your mom and your sister? If not, do you have someone who you can trust to talk about things? If you do, will you be willing to talk with them?
