Academic Burnout. Anyone else relate?
I have been burnt out academically since my Spring 2020 graduation and I hate how everyone expects me to keep grinding on with the rest of society when I just want to take a break and relax. No one understands me. With the pandemic and being bullied in school, I hate the expectations people put on me. I have so much anxiety and I lost all my motivation in what I wanna do.
Can anyone relate? I forgot to mention that in my last post. Also does anyone have any tips on recovery?
I totally understand the part about academic burnout. This year is super stressful for me especially since I have college applications right around the corner. Something that has really helped me was not procrastinating. I know this is the typical response that everyone says but it has really helped me. I try to keep a schedule and allocate certain times each day to work on something. Even if I have no work in a class I still try to do something so I can get ahead. I no longer have to worry about doing a lot of work last minute and since I space everything out I found out that I have more time for myself. I hope this helps!
