I have been doing really when with my anxiety for the last two years now, really improved myself and my situation. Until recently, I lost someone very close to me by suicide and it has thrown me down a rabbit hole. Any progress I made on my anxiety has gone out the window.

@PollyPocket7 Very sorry to hear this news. Getting news like that is very difficult even without anxiety. Having anxiety definitely makes it harder. Again sincerely sorry.

I have been through this experience and for me it was helpful to remember feeling all the emotions I am feeling and will feel is okay and healthy, it doesn't mean I will relapse in my personal progress. And also being mindful of when I might bring those emotions too far (like a snowball going down a hill), for yourself you want to try to pull yourself back from letting those emotions take you over. Keeping this in mind is helpful for me.

Talking about how you are feeling is very healthy. Please continue to reach out to get the support you need. You are not alone
