Great article! I feel this way about my kids too. Caring for them has helped my anxiety, depression, and even taking better care of myself.

It's a great article, and I think it highlights the impact animals can have on our lives. I hope that I never have to be in a situation where I don't have a dog, cat or bird. When I retire (if that ever comes), I fully expect to spend my life with these creatures.
I'm glad Coco is there for you. I wish my dog could help me more with constantly replenished, verbal abuse and bullying from my boss that I have to carry around.

That is very hard. I think you are stronger than you realize! But animals can play a great role in helping us!
