Anxiety about Back Pain

I am so anxious about the back pain and the head pain!! I am so drained with my back pain it is so miserable and the head pain I am already using a walker and wheelchair so I am scared soon I will be totally paralized and I will be in worse shape then I already am!!

I had brain surger in august of last year and my back pain is worse then the brain surgery I have had a bad back for years but tis gotten so much worse I am suppose to be seeing two new doctors soon but I am so scared they will say the brain tumor is back and the your back is totally shot and we can not help you!! I ask people about their backs and they say they have to suffer through and that surgery did not help them at all or they were made worse by surgery!!! I dont want to feel like this anymore I want to be able to drive and walk!! I do not take pain meds because that really solves nothing in the long run.

Any suggestions?
