I'm sorry that you have been getting so many anxiety attacks! Anxiety is one of the worst things to exist, and I'm sorry you're experiencing it. I have faith that you can overcome it though! I’m sorry to hear that 💙 anxiety is very difficult to deal with, and extremely stressful, have you tried any breathing exercises? This can help for some people, but not for everyone, so don’t be worried if it doesn’t help, have you identified the cause of your anxiety attacks ? This can help to overcome them as you can take yourself away from the situation, 7 Cups can help you as well ! Maybe contact a listener about your anxiety attacks ? Or one of the help guides ?
