Anxiety sucks
Sometimes i can't get up or do anything. Anyone else feel like that
@Theeporcelaindoll
I know how hard anxiety can be, I have it myself and it can be really difficult to do things sometimes. Not having motivation at all to get up or do anything sounds more like depression, though. Have you talked to anyone about how you've been feeling? How long have you been feeling this way?
Brooklyn
It really does and I wish I didn't have it.
Yes I feel like that sometimes. Especially on days when I have a lot to do. I get so overwhelmed that I panic and somehow end up not getting anything done because I spent all my time stressing over it..
All the time, every day. I have to force myself out of bed every morning-- no matter how much sleep I get, I feel like I never have enough energy. The panic hits at the most inconvenient of times but I know no matter what I have to just swallow it back and play it cool and it sucks. Sometimes I feel like people can tell, though, like they pick up on little nuances like the way I'm always fiddling my fingers or sometimes I'll form a fist and dig my nails deep into my palm until it hurts, or bite my lip or take deep breaths or shift in my seat a lot. It's so overwhelming, I can't stand it. The only time I ever feel okay is when I stay home.
My anxiety is so high and no one cares or gives me new coping skills
@Havingfuninthesnow I know this old, really old, but I know exactly what you mean, and it really sucks. How you doing now?
@XKangaotiCX
I found out yesterday that I have Gallstones and they want to do a test and feel like they don't know what to do and then surgery. I don't feel safe to call 911 like the doctor said to do yesterday if it gets painful since the last time the cardio doctor made me call them they brought me to the pysc ward and the cardio doctor said I couldn't drive and they said I wasn't using resources correctly. Not sure why they think me listening to a Surgeon asking for an ambence ending me up in that stupid part of the ER. I told the doctor I would just not get medical attention if I have to call 911 again since I don't now what else to do.
@Havingfuninthesnow Ah, I'm so sorry to hear that. It sounds like these medical professionals are trapping you in a box here. I hope you get better <3
@XKangaotiCX
Went to an ER on Friday after 2 MD's told me to and ER didn't even want to help me. I am very scared now and not sure where to turn anymore for help.
@Havingfuninthesnow
That sounds awful, I really hope you find the help you need, it's not fair on you at all.
Yes, pretty much every day. I don't have a solution to offer you, but just know you're not alone.
I despise the sweat-inducing, dysphoric, feeling that is anxiety. Or more specifcly in my case, social anxiety. The overwhelming pressure to conform, to ignore the judgements of others and my rocketing paranoia as I stare blankly at a room of people.
Anxiety to me is a horrific, inescapable feeling. One moment I'll feel fine, but as soon as I experience that quick stab in the gut of anxiety, the heart palpitations, the downward spiral of worry and stress ensues.
I wish I didn't have it. I struggle with it almost what it seems like daily but am working on overcoming it. It sucks for sure. I understand my peeps...
Yeah it
Anxiety sucks i feel on the edge. I feel like im failing as a mother. I have trouble getting up and productive. I have trouble sleeping. I feel trapped in my mind. Cry eveyday and feel lost
