Anxiety symptoms

This last year has been a roller coaster of anxiety for me, late 20s, quit smoking around 4 years ago and replaced nicotine with food, i must of put on around 30kg from my normal 75kg weight. Last couple of months i have started going gym again and managed to cut around 13kg so far on my weight loss journey.

Out of the blue I start getting anxiety attacks, massive pressure on the chest, clicking when I swallow and so on. I can't see any underlying issues that cause this stress. Getting cbt this week so hopefully it will start to get better again, seriously disabilitating.

Hi, I am going though a really bad bout of anxiety and panic also.. Same as you it seemed to come out of the blue. Everything felt as though it was going good, and then BAM! I went to my doctor who upped my dosage of medicine and I’m going back to the therapist after a 10 year hiatus.

Hey, anxiety is difficult and the symptoms you're describing do seem to be common with anxiety, I'm proud of you for seeing someone. Take each day one step at a time, you"ll be ok even if now it seems impossible it will get better.

I understand what you are going through. I am struggling with my anxiety and depression right now. I cry a lot and feel scared. I am also suffering from PTSD.
