Break up, health, panic attacks,

So, I recently experienced my health being at risk after I found out my breast implants were making me sick. I was suffering from severe panic attacks to the point of ending up in the icu 3x in one month I lost my job bc of my health and my my bf at the time broke up w me during this time, not to mention I have no family support bc I moved away when I as very young. Today I am in a better place after removing my breast implants but now I am living with genital herpes that I contracted from my previous relationship. I feel like my romantic life is over… i feel so lost and confused on how to move forward in life from here… pls let me know your thoughts
