Can't go back to college bc of anxiety
hello! i wanted to ask for some advise... i've been struggling with depression and anxiety for 4 years and droped out of college because i had a lot of panic attacks and coudn't be as good as everyone else in my class. i tried to get back last year but got too scared of failing again. now im on medication but still feel like i can't do it. i still have like a week to try to get back but when i think about it it triggers me so hard. i coudn't make any friends in my class before and im really afraid of being the outcast again. even though i need the education for my future. i feel stuck, alone and hopeless. so i don't know if i should try to do it again or not.

Hello, it is nice to meet you! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and problems with us, you are not alone in this! I am so sorry to hear, school is making you feel so nervous, depressed and anxious. I can understand what you mean; you can try your hardest to be good in school, but as long as there are panic attacks and you dont feel fine, it is impossible for many of us to pursue everything, from studying to paying attention on classes.
