Celebrating a win :)

Good evening everyone.

If anyone read my post about talking on the hpone and how scary it is, well, I put something at the bottom saying that I had an interview. I went through it earlier today, and I got it on the spot!!! The lady interviewing me said that I caught her at a great time and that she’s willing to make whatever accommodations I need in order to do the things I need to do. Granted, it’s unpaid, as the paid internships are super competitive, and I likely don’t have enough experience under my belt to qualify for something like that… BUT, an opportunity is an opportunity, this one’s going to help me move forward, I’m VERY happy with the description I heard from the interviewer, and I’m very excited to get my feet in the water and start practicing in the spring. I think I’ll be just fine with what I’ve gotten :D Just hoping I don’t burn out from juggling school, job, AND internship after my winter break. Fingers crossed.

I’m so thrilled!! I can’t wait to work with my supervisor and see what all I can do during my time in practice. I really feel like I’m going to have a wonderful time!
