Corona virus fear

Hello I work at a hospital on the administrative side. I'm very concerned that I will be exposed and bring it home to my husband. I would be devastated if he contracted the virus and died and it would be because of me. I do my best to wash my hands and sanitize but I just really worry about losing my best friend! 😞

@nhanuscin The virus is unpredictable especially if you work in medical adminstration. It makes sense that you would fear spreading the virus to your husband, but you are doing your best by being cautious and what helps me whenever I am nervous is trying to take action instead of pondering the infinite what ifs. So for instance, you could share you concerns with your husband and develop a plan to lessen both of you guys contracting it. But also, I realize there is only so much we can do, and it's okay to be fearful but along with being fearful, it helps to remember all the beauty this life has to offer:) All the best~

@nhanuscin Hello! Do not worry, everything will be alright. You do it right! No one is protected from this, we can all be carriers and may not know about it. This thought is frightening, I know, I experienced something similar. In this situation, I try to support my body as I can. I do yoga, it helps to get distracted. Provacan cbd lozenges 4mg helps me too. At least I got rid of insomnia.

You're doing everything you can to protect your husband and yourself. When you get caught up in worrying remind yourself that worry has never and will never change a thing. Take good care of yourself so that you have the energy to fight if you really need to. The chances are in his favor and yours that you won't get it, because it only affects a small percentage of people. Will worrying change anything at all?

Guys, who are your thoughts on CBD gummies? Is it really effective? I've heard a lot of positive reviews and I'd like to try. Who can tell me more about it? And what is the best brand to buy?
