Hello, ive been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks for a few months now. I've tried all the typical techniques, deep breathing, challenging thoughts but am still consistently having panic attacks, any advice? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried grounding exercises? Or fidget with something? Maybe coloring will help too. If you have then maybe try seeing your doctor.

I have servere anxiety. I constantly have to work hard everyday. I sit in nature a lot. Read books, listen to music, journal aka dump my thoughts on paper. If something doesn't help, I research new ways. I hope this helps

consider that there might be a physiological issue and talk to your doctor about it. When i’m experiencing an attack the most helpful thing i can do is to embrace that what is happening to me is *real* if i tell myself instead that it’s “just in my head” it always gets worse. If show myself kindness and compassion and give myself space to recover, validating what my body is telling me, then it is always over faster. I hope this helps even a little!

@straightforwardNorth5965 what has helped me is an app called Dare. It's a new way to end anxiety and stop panic attacks.
