Feeling overwhelmed
I feel so overwhelmed by the things that I have to revise for my upcoming internship. I feel that something bad will happen during internship and I will be crying every single day trying to cope with the situation. I've escaped once from this situation but there's no more chance left anymore. I have to pass to graduate but I hate this course so much. I am filled with regrets, stress and anxiousness that I can't focus on doing tasks that I have to do.
@Piggypiggy0831 Thank you for sharing. I'm really hearing that the stress to study for your internship is overwhelming you and you feel like perhaps giving up. You use a strong word saying you hate it. Maybe ask yourself your way of approaching your studying? Are you taking breaks, eating well, sleeping well? There is a cycle called the Gibbs reflective cycle which can be good to help you think of reflective questions and it's available on google. There are mindfulness exercise channels on YouTube such as Jason Stephenson which can help you focus on your breathing and deals with an array of ways to help with anxiety. There are listeners to available on 7cups who have had personal experience with anxiety or therapists too specialising in anxiety on our site. Know that your best is all you can do. But be good to yourself when you study. Give time for yourself to relax - don't rush things. Schedule how you will use your time well. It sounds like a lot to take in but once you are in a relaxed state of mind you are ready! Wishing you the best.

I can really understand how tough it must be for you to deal with when you are experiencing such strong emotions. There are listeners available on 7 Cups. We are here for you. Just don't become so harsh on yourself. You can definitely try asking yourself such questions as to why you feel all this. You are not alone.
