First Anxiety Attack

hello. so i cleaned out my closet and needed to get rid of things. i went to plato’s closet just now and it wasn’t even that bad, everyone was doing their own thing and the girl was really nice, but i started shaking like crazy. i have never had that happen to me with my anxiety and someone told me once that it’s probably because when i get anxious, i leave the situation. this time, i was nervous to go in, but forced myself to because i’m trying to get over it, and now i can’t stop shaking. is it possible i had a mild anxiety attack?
