Freaking out over nothing?

First off, I'm new here so sorry if I do something wrong.

I use duolingo, a website for learning languages and they used to have an "activity" feature where you could chat with other users. Another user and I chatted a lot and when the activity stream shut down we got each others emails (I didn't give out my real one, I made another email just for this) and we talked via email.

But lately I've been really nervous for no reason. I haven't given out any personal info besides my first name and we talk on a community fourm - not email.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm worried they're gonna like do something but they can't because they don't even know where I live.

Please help. I'm freaking out about this for no reason whatsoever.

It's normal to be worried about things like that! If you havent given any info, and you're still worried, don't forget - it's okay to stop talking to this person! You can make that decision :) Good luck!!
