I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. It is overwhelming and hurtful when you realize or find out that things are not as they seem, especially with friends. Sometimes things happen right under our noses but we turn a blind eye to it. I hope that you find peace.

im sorry to hear that, no body should go through that, don’t blame yourself for not realising sooner, they were your friends and you trusted them 💙 maybe try writing a diary to fully explore and evaluate your feelings ? ☺️
