Friends seizure
Today me and my friends had our maths exam. We were all in different classes. After the exam me and two of my friends were waiting for my other friend (we will call her X) but she didn't show up so we left. While waiting at the lights another friends came running over and she said that she was in X's class and that X had had a seizure and was taken to hospital (she had never had a seizure before or anything like it). A little bit later me and my friends texted X's mum asking if X was ok. She replied later saying that X was ok and the doctors were going to do some tests to see what was wrong.
This really scared me. I have constantly been worrying about X since I found out. I have needed to study for my next exam tomorrow morning but I haven't been able to focus.

I can understand. When I was in college earlier in my life, there was a lovely red-headed, athletic woman who was helping her friend in class that went into an epileptic seizure. It was hard on all of us. The friend was okay after being treated in the hospital, and I had a very close and intimate relationship with her friend.

It's okay. Remember, this is a building experience for everyone. You realize how important your friend and later coworkers will be to you.
