Getting in Trouble
Today, I was driving towards a broken traffic light that was blinking red. Force of habit, I followed along with the car in front of me and the cars on another road had to stop. I became fearful as I might have broken a traffic law. When I finished doing something and got back on the road, a cop car was behind me and I started to panic as I thought I was about to get pulled over. When I drove into another road, the cop car drove the other way. I’m terrified that the cop car was reading my license plate and I will get in trouble.

I wouldn't worry about it. It was almost definitely either coincidence, or he was making sure he didn't need to pull you over for being intoxicated or something, or he was waiting for a reason to pull you over.
Yeah, I’m still worried about the whole traffic thing. I feel guilt for making such a mistake and fear that I might get a traffic ticket in the mail or something.

I get paranoid like that too. I think you'll be alright on that though. My best hopes are with you.
