I was suffering pretty badly today but i forced myself through it and went and joined in a class at the gym on my own. I even made conversation with one of the women there. That's huge for me especially on a bad day. Burning out your energy with exercise I always think helps massively with anxiety. It's like no one judges, everyone has the same interest and goal. Better chilled mind afterwards.

@hannahjayx That’s honestly a big win, especially on a tough day showing up is often the hardest part.

Going to a class, talking to someone new, and getting through the workout takes a lot of courage when anxiety is loud. And you’re right, exercise really does help burn off that nervous energy and calm the mind after.

Be proud of that effort. Even on bad days, you’re building proof that you can do hard things and that confidence carries over into everything else.

So glad you were able to show up for yourself in this way despite the anxiety. From my perspective this was brave and you've provided inspiration for me.
