How do I get this anxiety to stop
my gf broke up with me as soon as the summer started so I went into a bit of a depression. towards the end of the summer my really good friend wanted to go down to his beach house and smoke some weed. I've never done it before and I figured "why not? whats the worst that can happen" We smoked the night we got down there and I didnt' feel a thing because it was my first time. We woke up the next day and I held each hit in for about 10 seconds ( I took about 6-7 hits from a 1 hitter). EVerything was fine until it actually hit me. I freaked out because I was so high. I couldn't see straight and I was spinning like crazy. He had me lay down and I fell asleep. I felt the affects of the weed a day later but it was no big deal. I got over it. Then college hit and I was really drunk one night and my roommate convinced me to smoke pot. By convinced I mean he straight up peer pressured me into it. I was never against weed, I just had a bad experience and didn't want to try it again. After I smoked, everything was fine until it hit me again. I got super high and was spinning for 6 hours straight. it was legit awful. I figured i'd get over it just like I got over it the first time. I wasn't feeling right for a couple days. I tried to tough it out but my roommate was still smoking in the room. Then he started smoking dabs in the room and I thought I got a contact high. I went straight home and tried to sleep it off. after I tried to sleep it off, I had a dream that I was crazy high again. It lasted for about 5 minutes. It was one of the scariest things I ever experienced. Now ever since then I've been trying to deal with panic attacks or sensations that I am high again and I just want this to stop

Hello there,
I notice it's been a while since you made this post, so I guess I'm wondering how your getting along? Have your panic attacks settled down now?
Im no expert, but I do believe the use of substances can increase the chances of anxiety related conditions, but don't take my word for it, if your concerned, you really should pop along and see your doctor, in the mean time, I do hope you are being careful, and receiving some support if you feel the need to. Take care of you, and please think about giving into peer pressure, no one should be pressuring you in to doing anything you are not comfortable with, it's your body, it your mind and it's your life and it's your choice, you decided how to live it.
Take care
@collegestudent102 Don't let yourself be peer pressured, what you put in your body is very important.
I had similar experience. 3 times i had panic attacks. 4th time i got extreme concentration, and superb reflexes since i was playing games at the times which was a bit wacky ahahhaha. After that i stoped and my friend was fine with it.
