How would you describe your Anxiety?
I found this powerful article with the photo session that tells a story about living with and anxiety. Here are a few examples from the story:

"They keep telling me to breathe. I can feel my chest moving up and down. Up and down. Up and down. But why does it feel like Im suffocating? I hold my hand under my nose, making sure there is air. I still cant breathe."

"A glass of water isnt heavy. Its almost mindless when you have to pick one up. But what if you couldnt empty it or set it down? What if you had to support its weight for days … months … years? The weight doesnt change, but the burden does. At a certain point, you cant remember how light it used to seem. Sometimes it takes everything in you to pretend it isnt there. And sometimes, you just have to let it fall."

"Depression is when you cant feel at all. Anxiety is when you feel too much. Having both is a constant war within your own mind. Having both means never winning."
After reading these descriptions I was curious, what it feels to have anxiety for you? How would you describe it? Share your thoughts in this thread!
@RaCat
i would describe my anxiety as a shadow. when everything is sunny and happy is when my anxiety seems to be at its worse, just like a shadow that shows up in the sun when it is nice outside. it's always there no matter what you do. it won't go away and i can not run from it. it will forever be with me.
It's like a tension all through my body that makes it hard for me to relax. When I'm really anxious, I get a splitting headache and sometimes, since I already have epilepsy, it can cause me to black out.
