Hypochondria

Every scratch cut or scrape I get I think it's tetanus. My cat scratched me on my foot today (very tiny cut, the bare minimum of blood, broken skin) the thing that worries me is that she uses her litter box frequently and I know it's likely she's stepped in her own poop. I couldn't really find a good way to get ahold of my foot so I just splashed some water on it, then I dried it off and put some triple antibiotic ointment on it. After that I tried to put on a band-aid but it keeps falling off. I don't know if I did enough and I'm genuinely uneasy about the possibilities. We're all out of Band-Aids and I'm just kind of a mess right now (yeah I know it's a bit overdramatic, but that's just honestly how my mind sees it). My last Tdap shot was 8/20/2013. I read up on one saying I need a shot every 10 years and others saying every 5 years. I just wanna know if I'm at risk right now
