Hypochondriac and it’s bad ! I’m literally scaring myself
I tested positive for COVID 3 weeks Ago ! I’m feeling better as to how I started but , now I feel all different types of things part from loosing my sleep and taste and nasal congestion is still there . I do suffer from very bad anxiety ! I always believed myself a hypochondriac because I go to catastrophic outcomes of anything I feel in my body ! For instance I believed I might have had a brain tumor when I was 19 or 20 hrs old I’m 32 now ! So back to the main issue !… my sleep has gone crazy , I feel weird things in my brain and my neck is stiff and have to try and crack it and stretch it a lot ! When I feel those things in my brain like pressures or stretched out feelings … I feel back upper pain or discomfort and chest as well ! It’s not like a pain where I’m like omg there’s pain or ! it’s like a discomfort where I have to like stretch out my upper back . Then after having diarrhea since that’s one of the symptoms from covid my anus got swollen and hurt to poop and blood on the toilet paper and I think my bowel movements have changed my appetite is low ! And everything I just wrote I look up on google ! So veeything is telling me I might have cancer ! Now all I think about is maybe my cancer has spread and it’s everywhere and it’s terminal ! I can’t figure out if it’s my anxiety that’s making it worse or my body is recovering from covid … I’m depressed , worried non stop and being very compulsive in searching up symptoms that I feel like I really do have cancer … sorry guys had to let it out , vent as well ! Any input ??
