I am down and out .
I don't know where to start from . My life has become completely hopeless and miserable . There is not even a miniscule of a chance of something good happening in my life . I have had such bad luck for the past 6 years . Have had to endure so much of pain .
What's the point of taking so many anti depressants ? Having so many therapy sessions ? Nothing helps at all. 😞.
P.S. : Sorry for the vent . I have no one in my life with which I can share my stuff with . No friends at all in real life . Struggling to make friends over here too .

I can understand that sometimes in our life it is difficult to find hope and motivation when things keep going downhill in a row, one after another. 6 years is a very long time, I can only imagine how difficult it must be for you to go through such a phase and you might have posted this now, but all the other times you had to deal with all of the things alone which others might not know of and it can be a heavy burden to carry for a long time.
Sharing this here not only gives voice to your struggles but also helps give a chance to others to reach out and listen to you. This is the first step, and the first step is always the most difficult. If you want to talk about this more you can always message me or browse through the listeners on this website.
What are some of the ways or things that helps you feel more energized or a bit hopeful/ motivated, even if only for some moment?

Hello healer . Thank you so much for taking out the time and replying to my post . It means a lot to me .
As far as activities that help me , honestly these days there aren't many that actually help me . I just look for something that distracts me from this perpetual pain . Eg : sleeping , listening to music , reading etc .

It is difficult to find the motivation to do anything sometimes. Even the things we previously liked to do, it might not feel the same way. I really hope you don't give up though, some activities even for the purpose of distraction, as long as they are productive, can be helpful.
