Im a overthinker and it causes Anxiety
Im a overthinker and when i do it causes my anxiety. I have this boss at work who is forgetful and doesnt remember a thing that she does. Something of mine was bought to her attention and she doesnt remember but i have a record of it. Now i feel like she targeting me by double checking what i do. Then she ask me for help. Now she is beginning to micromanage everybody. Iike to work peacefully. Im usually the happy go lucky one at work now im just in my office working. Someone said its not me its her and her issues. I just dont want to be like previous workers and leave because of her. I need a way to deal with this because i have a tendency to show my emotions on my face and thats not good.
Heya! From the sounds of it, she's no longer only targetting you anymore but a lot of others since you mentioned she's starting to micromanage everybody. Have you spoken to your co-workers about this experience and asked around if someone has dealt with similar situations?
Maybe they could have some positive input as to how to deal with her the best.
Also, i really get you when you say you show your emotions on your face and it's tought to be a person who calls it the way they see it. Is it possible that minimising interaction time with her as much as possible, staying out of her way could give you a break from her behavior and get your mind off of it?
Overthinking and anxiety must be really hard to deal with. Hugs

overthinking anxiety is so hard to deal with, not only do you have to try and stop thinking but you also have to try and figure out how to stop and it just really feels like it never stops
