I'm sitting in a separate room from my friends my thoughts are racing there is no silence it's going and going it just keeps going I can't stop really fast weeee lot of pain don't know what to do a lot going on nowhere to go yay hello everyone it's 7 cups time
I'm sitting down. I'm drinking water. I'm breathing. I'm waiting.
I have a compulsion to hit myself in the head repeatedly. Thinking about it makes me want to do it more, but I will resist it. They are just thoughts.
