I'm got severe anxiety over a girl
So I'm recently talking with a girl, long story short she confessed that she also likes me. We are talking right now. (no meetups yet since pandemic) I get that sudden anxious feeling.
@Joshua1216JAPA New relationships can often spark anxious feelings. That's completely normal when we face something new in our lives. I have found that it really helps a lot to have someone you trust to talk to as you go through this. Sometimes we just need the self esteem boost to hear that we're handling this unfamiliar territory appropriately or to have someone weigh in when we don't know how to move forward.
Don't worry about being anxious as you talk to this new girl. Chances are, she is feeling just as nervous as you do it. As time goes on, you'll both get more comfortable with each other and the nerves will fade. :)
