I'm schizophrenic and there are these dialogues that I think I heard before that keep ruminating in my own head.

@KakashiFlores

Hello KakashiFlores! I'm very sorry that you are managing with this situation. I might not be able to understand how this must be feeling for you but I'm here for you regardless. It's not an unmanageable situation so I have confidence that you will overcome.

I know that ruminating can be exhausting by itself aside from the thing that we are ruminating about. When people go over these past situations (in your case, the dialogues) in their minds it becomes emotionally exhausting. It will help you a lot if you don't let this exhaustion spin out of control.

Regulating your daily activities might help with keeping the exhaustion under control. Especially sleep regulation. Keeping track of your sleep patterns might help with regulating them. Also, if you have, try to keep track of your medication and appointments/check-ins. This sort of regulation helps with your mental wellbeing and that helps with ruminating.

It will be easier to tackle with rumination when you have a good mental wellness and that can be improved with a structured routine. If someone can help you with this routine, all the better.

Another thing that helps is to express yourself to someone in a safe environment, to talk about how you feel and how this whole situation feels for you. Aside from the people you find to express yourself, you can also message me if you like and I can listen to you as well.
