I need to keep a journal more often
I have issues being persistant, I use the computer a lot, like most of the day to help me with anxiety, but at the same time it is also making me isolated and more anxious. I would love to be able to conect with people, but many times living on a city makes me be very tired of seeing people all the time, cars, noises, and neurotic people, who are in a rush all the time, etc.
I can to 7 cups for comfort, so I write my diary today, see you tomorrow hopefully :)
@talktomeok
Cars, the people, the noises *sigh* they are very tiring indeed :'(
You can always go to a place where there is less people and more nature!! It's a really nice feeling :3
It's really awesome to keep a journal!! Here are some questions you could ask your-self (Clicky me)
Keeping a journal for the first time can be fun, but keep writing it daily is a challenge XD!! Good luck!!
@EmikoKokoro yes I always thought about going to places with more nature. Yet, i dont do it, yes definetly keeping a daily journal is hard.
@EmikoKokoro i mean the reading of the blog you shared with me :)
hi!
You could manifest a certain weekday or time of the day to go for a walk near a beautiful lake or forest, and finding your very personal safer place might also help
it might not sound that enticing but it will be worth it!
Gratitude journals are good if you are anxious or think negatively a lot of you're pressed for time. You write a few things you are thankful for every day or a few times a week. There are even apps for it 😊 also, I love to go on Pinterest and look up journal prompts and I have a notepad where I write the good ones down. Whenever I feel the need to write, I go a pick one. It's not always an every day thing, it's just something I like and I find it very therapeutic!! I tend to stick with prompts that help me get to know myself better. Anybody can pm me if they want some prompts 😊❤
@madi10217 hei there. Thanks a lot for the advice. but I prefer to have to be less distracted with leaving my notes all over the place. So I prefer to just use one site as therapy, notes, journal , etc .
