Invasion of the body snatchers
Within a month, I have gone from being happily married for 25 years to being left alone with nothing. My husband has gone crazy and moved in with his female coworker that he admitted having feelings for. This was after cheating on me on a business trip. Before now, he was faithful and devoted. Invasion of the body snatchers for sure. It has all left me so disillusioned that I don't know which way is up. My kids are so amazing and strong through it all, but they are so sad to watch their dad disappear.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened with your husband. That is definitely a lot to process and a tough situation to handle. I can completely understand that you feel disorientated because of this. I'm glad to hear that your kids have been strong it, and I hear that they are sad to see their dad disappear.
These are all normal reactions to have facing a situation like this. I'm wondering, do you have any support in dealing with this? Is there anyone that you feel comfortable talking to about all this, just to have some space to vent and think things through?
