I sometimes dwell on things too much.

Hi everyone, I hope you all are having a lovely day.

I find that whenever I am feeling anxious - it tends to be because I am dwelling on things, even if they don't apply to me. Especially when it comes to feeling sick or ill (I believe they used to call it being a "hypochondriac"). Does anyone else feel like this is what can trigger their anxiety? If so, I'm curious to know how you try to break the "dwelling on things" habit.

Thanks!

@gretchenree06- simple healthy life habits- eating well, getting enough sleep, and exercise seem to help many with their anxiety. IT can be a challenge to turn outward when our minds get too busy. Stop and take a deep breath and focus on the input of your senses- see, hear, feel, taste and smell. Take care.
