I want to be ok

Is there anybody that can tell me it's gonna be alright? I feel like crap, all the time... i'm only a teen and my parents don't know what's going on... the truth is that I messed up on a school assignment, I came off as rude and mean in my critique of an author. I'm worried my teacher hates my guts now, but she's one of my faves... I just hate myself so much.
