Just wishing its not that late to start over

Hey guys ..i am Ishika and i am new here in 7 cups ..all my teen age i always belived i never want a therapy or a session beacuse i thought its all a hormones but rn im 19 and im breaking down ..everyday its feels like maybe i should quit now...somtimes voices in my hand get out of control which i can never handle them..they make me so irritable and sometime so numb..so i found this app and hoping i will better and happ after that..
