Major job interview in the morning
Having anxiety about an interview tomorrow morning. It’s online and directly related to my college studies. It’s something that will accelerate my goals and confidence in my field. I’ve been studying off an on since late last week. They assured me not to be nervous and said they’re excited about my resume and asked my interest. but I’m getting the anxiety nausea and tension migraine. Trying to distract myself with YouTube.
ive done a major career change this year and left a horrible almost five year work condition. This is even more motivation to be successful tomorrow.
any advice would help. Really don’t have anyone to talk to

I have a lot of experience with the interview process. I don't know the type of people who will be interviewing you or what the job is for, but I do know this. Be yourself. Be human. Be relaxed. Smile. Pretend you're talking to good friends.
Above all - TALK. Most questions an interviewer asks are designed to get you to talk. They want to know you can communicate. They want to know that you can explain yourself. They want to know that you're friendly and smart and that you have strengths and weaknesses.
Example: Where do you see yourself in five years? (This is an awful question, but plenty of people ask something like it.)
Bad Answer: Hopefully still working for your company.
Bad Answer: I'm not sure.
Good Answer: That's a difficult question to answer. Professionally, I'm really excited to become part of the your company because of _______ and I'd love to be able to eventually be part of leadership. Personally, I actually just started learning French, and in five years, I've love to be able to go to France and speak comfortably.
The good answer isn't perfect, but it tells the interviewer a couple of things. You give them a professional goal and a personal goal. They learn more about you. And the personal goal shows them you still want to learn and educate yourself in some way.
