Manic episode?

So I have BPD, but because Bipolar disorder is SO popular a lot of people, in fact every person I've met who I've talked to about it has said I am bi-polar. So I recently have been going through what I call "manic" episodes cause I'm not sure how else to describe them. I get depressed and unmotivated, irritated but more productive if that makes any sense to anyone. Like how can you be unmotivated but productive and still be depressed? Hence the BPD not bi polar (obviously there's other symptoms that I have that fall under BOD this is just what I'm going through now). Anyway this gives me anxiety because I'm trying to get my sh*t together and can't, like nothing really gets done when this happens and I have no idea why it happens. Personally I think I get super depressed at some point, then want to fix it and go into this mode to try and redirect the depression and anger and try to be positive. All it does is highten my anxiety and make it even harder to focus on my goals because I'm trying to distract myself which leads to this over thinking and over analyzing. To top it off I have a "friend" who just says random rude comments and plays games and its due to his issues but its causing issues for me. And every time this person says something rude or straight up mean I dont say anything because I just do not want to get into it with him but I really need to say something so that it stops. So much going on and I can't think straight.

@Julietlovesu415 I agree so much with the first reply comment here, focus on what you are doing and feeling and let what others say go. You can balance your moods with practice if you like, you can google balancing moods and remember to take time to care for yourself. :)
