Does anyone have any tips for morning anxiety? Ive been waking up each morning with severe anxiety. It lasts half the day and leaves me feeling very drained.

yes that must be so draining having to start your day feeling like that.

Do you think writing down Positive things the night before/ Things you would like to do the next day help you feel better? Or posting some calming things on the wall right in front of your bed?

Hi.

And, it can be very overwhelming and exhausting to have anxiety in the morning.

Maybe try gratitude journal. Its like writing 5 things that are positive, can be anything-light or deep.

Also, when you take a shower/bath, try to have it hot as hot water helps a lot.(maybe have some calming music in the background)

Hope that helps. Take care! <3

I also deal with severe morning anxiety but I tremble a lot. It lasts half the day. Does anyone face the same thing?

My biggest advice would be do not mess with your phone or internet. Social media and obviously the bad news can really screw you in the morning and send your anxiety over the edge the entire day. So have a nice breakfast, read a book.. try to check your phone and such at least 30 mins after you woke up.

Also try to drink tea when you wake up and go for a walk. Exercise and tea helps so much!

Best of luck :)
