I'm working through anxiety with my therapist, I have a bunch of coping skills that I used when my house is turned upside down instead of having a panic attack

Hello, thanks for sharing your feelings with us.

Houses be a mess with toddles, indeed! With a routine, everything becomes a bit more manageable.

Depending on how old your toddlers are: There are cleanup systems quite easy to manage with a blanket you can zip together and save your lego duplos! As well as boxes where you or your toddlers can just put their toys in. Integrating them with easy tasks and leading by good example can help.

You can do this! Check back with us?

That's so awesome. 😊 Toddlers can be really anxiety provoking, so it's nice to be able to get a break from that. Any particular coping strategies that you've found have been effective for you? I've got two little ones of my own, so I'm always on the look out for anything that will help!

I color with them, I do playdoh, read with them, I'm always crafting with them, I find a lot of activities on Pinterest
