My Anxiety caused my Vagus nerve to overdrive on random stuff
Recently found out I have what's called Vasovagal responses due to my anxiety and it honestly explains everything wrong that I wanted to get help for.
But with parents who won't even help me when I'm dying from pain, not sure how they'll handle this one.

I to have Vasovagel syncope, it is a stress response and like so from anxiety. It feels really ***, and if you lucky you wont fall and hurt yourself.

It's a huge relief to finally have a name for what you're going through, but it's so frustrating and sad to see that your parents aren't there to support you. You shouldn't have to carry this alone. Even though the situation at home is really tough right now, remember that what you're feeling is real and that there are spaces to talk and feel heard and supported.💗
