My anxiety is overcoming me
I'm tired of my anxiety.
its getting to a point I feel someone's going to kill me every time I turn around. im scared of everyone's opinions of myself. Worried about what strangers may think of me. Second guessing everything I say and do even though I'm reassured I am fine.
Hating the way I look and hating who I am. Not able to feel love and happiness because my body is filled with worry constantly.
i was never good enough for my family. I was never good enough to have a true friend or any friend in school.
For some reason a wonderful man loves me and wants to spend his life with me but I can't see why.
im about to finally be free of my judgmental and abusive family. I can let go of all the friends who use me for my money and resources.
But I can't be happy
My anxiety is overwhelming me I'm scared every second of everyday that something is watching me waiting for the right moment to get me. I'm paranoid beyond reason.
What do I do confess I'm going crazy to the one person who loves me or hide it inside until I lose all insanity and come to a breaking point of unknown.
I'm so sorry to hear about your struggle with anxiety :( It sounds so exhausting; your mind and body are in constant fight or flight mode.
You don't have to go through this alone. You have all of us here at 7 cups of tea for support, and it sounds like you have an amazing boyfriend as well. You deserve love and support. Ask for help. Share about what you are going through. I had my first panic attack 5 years ago, and would not have made it through without the support of friends, family, and others in my life. It's scary as hell, but admitting that you are hurting, and letting other people help you is the best thing you can do.
You are going to make it through this!
Thank you for sharing your experience and support. I spoke to my fiancé and he was very understanding and supportive. As soon as we have insurance again I'm going to the doctors. Although my pain and anxiety will still be with me until then I'm feeling a bit better knowing he will be there along the way.

Anxiety is a scary thing for sure, it can present us with the worst of thoughts and fill us with fear and dread. But they're just thoughts and not real, the more fear we generate the worse it becomes. I know I battle the same kind of thoughts myself, I have anxiety and panic attacks and depression. The thoughts put your body into fight or flight mode, releasing adrenalin and everything escalates......but they're just thoughts, you're not going insane, your bodies responding to the adrenalin. Be patient with yourself, you have a man who loves you and he's not going to leave you because of some scary thoughts. You and he will work through this and have a wonderful life together. Please don't think I'm making lite of how you feel.....believe me I know how dark and scary these thoughts can be.
Try and focus more on your love and looking forward to a new life, I know you can make it.
bless you my friend🙏🏻

I feel less crazy knowing I'm not alone but feel bad you have to go through it too. Your spot on on how it feels. I create things that don't exist in my mind and it scares me more. Hopefully seeing a professional will help me even though I hate taking medicine and sharing these thoughts with them. I hope your anxiety gets better I know the struggle is hard.
