Narcissism and Trauma Bonding

I am suffering the effects of a trauma bond with a narcissist- kind one day and cruel the next.. This has gone on for 2 years and now he is in love with another woman- she is the sun, moon and stars and I am worse than nothing. He can’t stop taking about how he loves her and how he can no other woman can ever satisfy him, etc. Also she is married to another man. I am completely obsessed and broken- I can’t go no contact because they both are coworkers. Please send some encouragement my way- thank you.

That sounds a painful situation, even more so being coworkers. As painful as it is it might be a blessing, as this doesn't sound a healthy relationship, to have to live with the cruelty. Sending you big hugs and encouragement. I know you must feel totally broken and it may seem unbearable/neverending, but there is light at the end of the tunnel (from someone who has been in a similar place and recovered fully, and surrounded myself with better people).

I see you wrote this a few weeks ago, how are you doing now?
