Next Step?
Again, anxiety has now calmed down after nearly 2 months. Panic attacks have ceased, but anxiey flashes do not. And sometimes I have some anxiety attacks. However, ultimately, I am realising that they are always occurring in the same environment (mostly) – i.e. my workplace
I am very environmentally sensitive – I am not grounded when there is artificial lights and cold furniture
I work in an office enrolment where I do not see the light of day for 4 hours (1 hour break where ok I can go out)) and another 4 hours not seeing the light of day (8 hours in total)
I notice that whenever I do 2 or 3 days at work in a row, I start getting anxious. And I have to make an effort to calm myself down. Eventually I get a grip – but..
I am sufficiently happy in workplace – I am appreciated and I make my own timetable – I am given enough space where and how to work. But the enviorment is ‘killing my soul
Also, I ve been 4 years now in this workplace
But I am not sure – if its anxiety which is making me see things worse than they are, or if its just making things look clear ‘straight in your face kind of way – things which I maybe refused to see clearly for a long long time ?!
Not sure! Comments appreciated :)

Thank you for sharing your experience! I am glad to hear that you are having a better time with your anxiety. I can relate to you, sometimes artificial light is too brihgt for me and kind of annoy me or drain me somehow. However, your post really shows lots of self awareness and self-acceptance. I can only say that I bet you have the ability to find out what is making you feel that way. I wish you lots of luck!
