No idea what to do

I’m 42. Married with a 21 month old. I have monophobia which is the fear of being by myself in any and all circumstances. My husband and I have been through a whole lot lately. It’s a very long story. I can’t afford therapy. This phobia is affecting our lives and his job. I don’t know what to do.

@abp280 Had you been along for many years of your life, or Do you know where is this fear coming from? I think maybe hanging out with friends or calling friends might help.

I have had this phobia since I was about 20 or so. I have called friends. But it’s just that I want to be well. I don’t know how to get the help I need. I can’t afford therapy and I believe that is needed. Feel stuck.
