My throat feels like swallowing. Does anyone experience this phenomenon. I feel my throat swallowing but in fact it does not (or probably not).
My professors being mad at me for being late. My therapist being mad at me for being late.
Conflict. I hate dealing with negative toxic unnecessary conflict.
@peachKite178 Some. But I have to go on with actions post reporting a discriminating bully at work. It took me two months to report him, and between then and now he fired me.

When I used to not feel good in my brain or my soul I used to say out lout "I am cold" or "I feel cold"...sometimes I would curl in a fetus ball...they are jist words even though it is the middle of summer, "i feel cold"...
But I am allright now, no reason to be nervous.
