Overwhelmed
I don’t know what I should do jobwise. My aupervisors ignore all the ways I go above and beyond at my job and constantly criticize me for little, superficial things
i don’t know if I want to date although I’ve always had the desire to be married until now. I don’t know if I can trust as the last man I took a chance on took advantage of me.
i don’t know if my friends are true.

You remind me of myself and my current struggle.
Regarding your job, it might be better for you to seek employment elsewhere if your boss isn't acknowledging your work and finding every small thing to be unhappy about.
About dating, don't settle for desperation or just because you're lonely. Take it slow and find someone you feel love and will be there for you long term. Don't be afraid to walk away from those who does not appreciate you. Not all people deserve to be in your life.

Your problems are very similar to mine, so I can completely understand why you feel so overwhelmed! It seems like your supervisors expect the best from you, and therefore criticize you more – this is a very unhealthy standard you have to set yourself to. It might help to set boundaries if its not a danger to your job. For example, declining certain tasks by saying you are going above and beyond and handling others. Of course, this depends on your situation, so try to think how you can tackle the criticizing.
It can be overwhelming when you are unsure who to trust or who likes you – friendships, if they are toxic or not healthy, can cause significant stress in other areas of our life. Do you have any reasons why you think they dislike you?
Also, Bad breakups can lead to trust issues of course, so take your time when finding an ideal partner. What do you fear will happen when dating again? That can help you understand your problems better.

If work does not give you recognition for working hard then don't work so hard.

Hii there. It's been quite a while since you posted this, I hope you are doing better now 😄
That sounds like a lot of uncertainty in your life right, and it can be really overwhelming. It can be tough when work environment is already stressful, while also questioning who you can trust around you.
Uncertainty is a natural part of life, and it's okay to not have all the answers right now. Take small steps and allow yourself time to heal and rebuild trusts that's been broke. You're not alone in this. It's okay to prioritize tour well-being and take all the time you need to find clarity in your life.
Remember, you are stronger than you think, and things do get better 💜
