Panic attack / Immunisation anxiety

I got my second jab of covid vaccine yesterday and immediately after that I experienced panic attack (short breathing, head spinning, fast heart beat, bad vision, I was honestly worried about my life...). I thought it was just one time thing, but it has repeated today and I feel stressed about it...

I am sorry to hear that you were feeling this panic. I can definitely understand how the entire pandemic and immunization can lead to anxiety and sometimes it can be very severe. It sounds like you were exhausted from all the panic. It has been a month or more since your post here, and I was hoping to have you let us know how you're doing now. How have your panic attacks been? Looking forward to hearing from you.
