Panic attacks

For as long as i can remember i had social anxiety and panic attacks when giving a presentation. Something that really helped me a lot is thinking that this presentation's 2 mins long , think about how many 2 mins are in your life, like literally those 2 mins are nothing compared to my whole life . If i do well I'm going to be proud of myself and satisfied , so calm down please , don't think about the time of the presentation itself but think about that moment after you finish it , by then you're going to discover that it wasn't worth all the stress and worry, but if you were confident, you're going to be really proud and happy. So think about the coinsicoinces not the actual event. Idrk if this will also help you but it worked with me.ik how hard it is to suffer from anxiety, it's not your fault.

@Roaa098 This is a wonderful way to cope with anxiety! Thinking about how the present moment will not have an effect on your future could definitely help ease the anxiety of presenting.
