Hi 99% i suffer from GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER mine is SEVERE not MILD so its like i have a crazy bull in me this is not a joke its very serious almost 25yrs of suffering and im still suffering still not diagnosed i just started [edited by Anomalia for medication specifics] any one can tell me if [edited] is good to treat GAD? and how much time does it takes to work? and pls can u tell me wich medicines are the best for GAD? and how can i know if a medicine is MILD or POTENT? pls HELP ME...

While we can't share medication specifics here as that is best discussed with a professional, does anyone have any other resources or tricks that have been helpful, paired with their medication, in managing anxiety?
